All Sales Are Final

We kindly ask that you review your order thoroughly before confirming your purchase. All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To process your claim, we will require:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item, including the damage or error
  • Original packaging, if possible

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit. Please note that we cannot process claims submitted after 48 hours or for items that have been worn, used, or altered.

Custom & Handmade Items

Due to the nature of custom and handmade items, slight variations may occur. These are not considered defects and will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Delivery Issues

Ravens Haven is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or issues caused by the courier once the package has been dispatched. Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your order.
